SEMH/SEND Teaching Assistant - Swanley
Empowering Learning Ltd are looking to appoint outstanding SEMH/SEND Teaching Assistants in Swanley, Kent with experience supporting SEND students. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are hands-on and can support students to reach the best of their abilities. The most important quality the school is looking for is someone who is strong in the academic area. You will also be responsible for promoting an inclusive learning environment.
To be successful for this role you must:
1. Have passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to work in SEND learning environments.
2. Have knowledge and experience with SEMH students or a strong Care background.
3. Have worked within the care system to support adults or children.
4. Play a significant role in the students' learning journey.
We are recruiting Teaching Assistants for our Primary and Secondary schools. We are now looking for a Teaching Assistant for a full day with lots of experience working with children with physical disabilities. They will require experience and be willing to provide personal care.
Our schools provide their pupils with an inclusive and engaging education environment, supporting students with varied needs. The school has a fantastic working ethos where each pupil's individual abilities are recognized, and staff strive to support all their students' physical, social, and emotional development to reach their full potential. Having experience in the SEN Education sector or health care sector will be an advantage where you can utilize your skills and knowledge, however, this isn't essential.
