Job Description
* Manage relationships with leaseholders and handle related queries
* Ensure leasehold services are delivered efficiently and effectively
* Process lease extensions and deal with Right to Buy applications
* Carry out consultations in accordance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act
* Provide advice on service charges and major works
* Work collaboratively with the property team to deliver excellent service
* Support the implementation of leasehold policy and procedures
* Participate in property management meetings and contribute to team objectives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Leasehold Officer should have:
* A solid understanding of leasehold management within the not-for-profit sector
* Strong knowledge of property law and leasehold legislation
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex leasehold queries
