Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work.
* Registration with Social Work England
* Supportive team
* Experience in adult social care is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality social work services to adults in need.
* Conduct assessments to understand the needs, strengths and risks of the individuals.
* Develop, implement and review care plans in collaboration with the service user.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide well-coordinated services.
* Advocate for the rights and needs of service users.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
