We are seeking a dedicated Linguistics Graduate to join a vibrant primary school in Tower Hamlets. This role is ideal for graduates who are excited to contribute to children's development, particularly those with speech and language challenges or other learning difficulties.
About the Role
* This position offers an opportunity to support students with EAL (English as an Additional Language) and Speech and Language difficulties.
The successful candidate will be working closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to create a tailored support plan for each student.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of students with speech and language difficulties.
2. Collaborate with teachers and teaching assistants to integrate linguistics graduate support into classroom activities.
3. Provide one-to-one and group support to students with EAL and Speech and Language difficulties.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
