The management of our tenancies and assets, along with strong tenant relationships, supports our national £50m annual rental income and drives our conservation efforts.Your contractual location will be our Regional Hub in Grasmere and there’ll be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This’ll be discussed in more detail at interview. Customer service will be key in building and maintaining relationships with tenants, colleagues, and contractors. You’ll support Estate Managers by managing key performance indicators, compliance tasks, data analysis, and property management.Your tasks may include residential re-lets, marketing, inspections, credit checks, drafting legal documents, and low complexity rent reviews. You'll also assist with managing void properties and coordinating with Estate Managers on their future.Working closely with Building Supervisors and Building Surveyors, you'll help process property repairs, raise purchase orders, and manage documentation.
