Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on site facilities and equipment. Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults to minimise downtime. Provide support to the facilities department with planned and reactive maintenance. Work collaboratively with other engineers and contractors on specialised maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance checks. Ensure all work is conducted in line with health, safety, and environmental standards. About You: Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within facilities or industrial environments. Strong mechanical skills are essential, with knowledge of electrical systems being an advantage. Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and general building services. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safety and delivering work to a high standard.
