The Role
This Recruitment Admin role is key in supporting the retail business and the recruitment manager. You will support the recruitment manager and area managers in any recruitment administrative functions. You will build strong relationships and professional credibility to support our key stakeholders both in store and the office population of employees with recruitment and HR admin support.
The successful candidate will have a number of core accountabilities in the role, including:
1. General recruitment administration including support with interviews scheduling, offer letter, job posting, CV shifting, candidate rejections emails.
2. Creation of recruitment posters.
3. Assist with the production of ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS.
4. CV screening and posting on advertisement platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
5. Maintenance and accuracy of internal vacancies posting.
6. Posting and maintenance of vacancies and retail recruitment tracker.
7. Support with Referral program payments.
8. Facilitate the internal virtual classroom training sessions.
9. Day to day general duties including but not limited to providing general administrative support to the recruitment manager, the HR Business Partners and Head of HR; handling general correspondence and inbox queries; assisting with the review of processes and procedures and recommend improvements; and taking responsibility for appraisal and maternity administrative processes.
10. Support and respond to any recruitment and HR admin queries.
The Candidate
This role is for a well-organised and experienced administrator who is proactive, confident, motivated and who takes the initiative to learn and develop their own skills; someone who is looking to take on additional responsibilities and manage key projects in addition to their basic role.

1. Be an HR graduate or have previous experience as a recruitment administrator or coordinator.
2. Ideally have one year’s experience within a recruitment and/or HR administrative role.
3. Have a good understanding of computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
4. Have a broad understanding of the responsibilities of recruitment and HR functions and demonstrable experience of the main responsibilities.
5. Be able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
6. Take personal responsibility for getting things done.
7. Able to prioritise tasks accordingly.
8. Have excellent organisational skills and high levels of accuracy.
9. Have excellent numeracy skills.
10. Remain calm under pressure.
11. Respond well to ad hoc queries.
12. Able to report and communicate effectively to the Recruitment manager.
13. Be enthusiastic, positive and committed team member.
14. Be confident and credible when dealing with people at all levels.
15. Be flexible and adaptable.
16. Be a master of time management.
