Credit Controller
Location: Quedgeley
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team based in Quedgeley. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's credit control function and assisting with high volume debt recovery.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact clients to investigate late payments and arrange payment plans.
2. Process customer payments and allocate funds to their respective accounts.
3. Maintain accurate records of payment transactions.
4. Collaborate with the accounts admin team to ensure accurate order processing.
5. Provide excellent customer service, resolving payment-related queries and issues.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, and accounts administration.
2. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients regarding payment matters.
3. Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
4. Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
5. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
