We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Strategic Project Officer to support Middlesbrough Council Children’s Services on their journey of transformation and improvement. The Strategic Project Officer will work within the Children’s Services transformation and improvement team who are committed to delivering a key council Programme within the corporate transformation portfolio that supports effective and sustainable change. This post is responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of the Children’s transformation and improvement programme plan - celebrating successful outcomes and swiftly reacting to concerns that which may risk the achievement of the programme. You will be a highly motivated, forward thinking and a systemically minded individual who wants to be part of creating excellence; and who thrives on working in a stimulating, high-pressured, strongly supported environment. You will support the Children’s Services Transformation Programme Manager with the oversight responsibility of quality transformation and improvement projects to deliver key benefits.
