Temp Part-Time Property Co-ordinator (Hybrid Working)
CastleBrae Sales & Letting are hiring a part-time Property Co-ordinator to join their small, dynamic and growing team within their Bathgate Office working Tuesday-Thursday 0900-1700. This will initially be on a 1-year temporary contract with the possibility of a transition to a permanent post.
This will be a hybrid working role where much of your time is spent out of the office performing property inspections. You will be provided with a company mobile to support you within the role.

Our competitive salary package ranges from £20,000 - £22,000 and includes private health care and a company pension scheme. This will be pro-rated for the three-day role and full mileage expenses will be paid to you on a monthly basis.

Summary of Role
The property co-ordinator is a key member of the property management team who is responsible for the management of the property through the complete property lifecycle.
This starts with preparing the property for marketing, reviewing and selecting potential tenants, conducting viewings, making recommendations to landlords and ensuring all legal documentation is completed prior to tenant entry.
Once the tenant is within their new property you will conduct regular property inspections and provide concise summary reports to landlords with appropriate recommendations.
You will also perform inventory inspection to support tenant entry to a new property and exit inspections when they leave their tenancy. At all times you will be crystal clear as to any potential problems or safety concerns and raise these to your manager in a timely and accurate manner.
During their stay you will assist tenants with any problems they may encounter including managing any maintenance issues that arise by facilitating the needs of tenants, contractors and landlords to provide timely resolutions.
You will be supported to keep up to date with changing legislation within the property sector and ensure you are always able to provide accurate guidance to tenants, landlord and contractors.
Essential
* Own car with full clean driving licence
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail when completing standard company templates
Desirable
* Minimum 1 year property sector experience
* Local area knowledge
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
