As the Signage Project Manager, your role will be to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Responsibilities
1. Define the clients precise requirements, project scope and goals
2. Assist clients with specifications
3. Attend site meetings as required
4. Plan, implement and schedule project timelines
5. Define project tasks and develop full scale project plans
6. Gather all required project information
7. Complete site surveys and risk assessments
8. Raise accurate additional works / snagging requests
9. Respond to quotation requests
10. Liaise with all the employees that are involved in a project
11. Coordinate between all the various departments which are involved in a project to ensure delivery of ordered project as per client time frames and specifications
12. Project sign-off and collation of files for invoicing
13. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment
14. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
15. Maintain a flexible approach and to carry out any other reasonable additional duties as requested
You will be working from our client Brackley, Northamptonshire office with site visits as business dictates.
THE PERSON
1. The successful candidate MUST come from a signage background with experience working with large scale projects
2. Good Team work skills
3. Have excellent organisation and time management skills
4. Present a professional and positive image of both the organisation and yourself
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts at all levels
6. Flexibility within the working day to complete outstanding tasks

9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
10. Use of Adobe Illustrator would be a bonus
11. Live within a commutable distance of Brackley, Northamptonshire
