As a Home Care Team Leader, you will provide strong leadership experience to lead our team of dedicated workforce coordinators.
Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:
* Provide oversight and assist with rostering practices and service coordination
* Work with the Workforce Coordinators (WFCs) to deliver optimised rosters
* Perform recruitment and retention of workforce coordinators
* Ensure the successful delivery of home care packages and aged care services to provide optimum person-centered care and services to Benetas' clients and their families
* Increase internal client satisfaction and reduce complaints management
* Ensure compliance against relevant quality standards, compliance and OH&S requirements as well as with Benetas' Policies and Procedures
To help you achieve this, ideally you’ll have:
* Demonstrated experience in rostering principles with the ability to implement change
* Ability to influence and drive positive change and bring people along the journey
* Effective communication skills and able to adjust style for different stakeholder groups
* Experience in Aged Care is desirable but not essential
* Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential
