Our client based in Ipswich, is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE IPSWICH OFFICE FULL TIME.
* Acting as the first point of contact for client queries
* Preparation, collation and quality assurance of deliverables for clients
* Reviewing data collected from brokers and working closely with them to address any quality issues
* Organising meetings
* Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from Clients
Experience required:
* Comfortable in customer-facing situations
* A focus on delivery
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Good MS Office skills (Word & Excel) essential, knowledge of Access would be beneficial
* Excellent Communication skills
