Your New Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Regional (Business) Support Co-Ordinator to join our Ministry of Justice (MoJ) account in the Midlands, this role is based on-site and will require occasional visits to other prisons and Amey offices in the region (additional mileage will be recoverable). The Regional (Business) Support Co-Ordinator plays an important part in providing robust administrative support to the Facilities Managers within the region, ensuring they have complete visibility of requirements and compliance for all sites. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for : Support client services using a case management system and ensure information dissemination to site teams to ensure service delivery Maintain office systems, handle confidential information, and undertake general administrative duties such as attending meetings and taking minutes/notes where required. Raise purchase orders, arrange invoice payments, and manage spreadsheets/databases. Ensure H&S standards are met across the contract. Support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner. Prepare presentations for Regional Operations Manager’s (ROMS) and assist with meeting preparations. Run site statistics from Power BI and export data for Site Managers and ROMS. Assist newly onboarded business admin apprentices. Collaborative working with colleagues from other regions as required. Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process). We want to hear from you if you have: Excellent ability to manage time-keeping and prioritise workload. Good communication skills. Familiarity with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and general IT literacy. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships. Ideally you will have experience in using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and/or experience of working in a generalist administration/business support role. In addition to this, it would be desirable if you have strong IT skills and experience working with Excel and pivot tables to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
