You will:
1. Ensure deliveries are released correctly, by checking the carrier type and date in line with the basic order schedule.
2. Group & Wave deliveries in line with the daily Labour Plan.
3. Check deliveries to ensure all labels are correct.
4. Work closely with the Flows and Order Prep Supervisors to ensure all deliveries are printed and stock is replenished in time for picking.
5. Work with Customer Supply Chain & Launch Planning to ensure late/ out of schedule deliveries are processed in a timely manner.
6. Book customer deliveries as per the Basic Order Schedule & any ad hoc deliveries that may be agreed.
7. Data capture to ensure that the Planning Team reporting is accurately updating.
8. Contribute to Continuous Improvement by getting involved in Peoples Voice and inter-team projects.

You have:
1. A good level of verbal and written communication.
2. Manhattan and SAP knowledge is very desirable but not essential as full training will be provided (similar software experience will suffice).
3. IT Skills - Previous experience would be advantageous especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
4. Good knowledge and experience of a warehouse operation.
5. Problem solving, collaborative and pro-active attitude.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
