Vacancy – Administrator
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client. The role will be varied, and you will be joining a great team.
Responsibilities:
• Highly organised and able to manage various tasks.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service skills
• Processing of invoices, quotations and purchase orders.
• Following the company’s quality policy and light duties related to the QMS.
• Answering the phones and directing calls to the relevant person
• Stock management and Order tracking.
• General administrative duties including building management.
• Able to offer a flexible approach and a willingness to help.
Requirements:
• Experience of Sage or similar
• Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative
• Enthusiasm to be part of a successful team.
