As a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Provide care for patients with acute mental health needs
Work within a multidisciplinary team including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in the assessment and treatment of patients
Ensure adherence to NMC standards and guidelines
Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and change
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Work flexible shift patterns, including days and nights

The ideal Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse will have:
Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
At least 2 years of experience in mental health services
