The Fashion and Textile Museum is seeking a highly motivated Visitor Services and Volunteer Coordinator to join a dedicated and friendly team. This key role ensures the professional day to day running of visitor services at the Museum alongside ensuring excellent customer service to all visitors and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role with both front and back of house duties. The post holder will coordinate all elements of the Visitor Services operations alongside recruiting, managing and motivating the Museum volunteers. We are looking for a positive attitude alongside a commitment in providing excellent visitor experiences in Museums. You can hit the ground running and have an eagerness to learn and develop skills.
