We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to develop and expand business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical needs and offering tailored capital equipment solutions.
2. Manage a mix of new business development and existing accounts to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
3. Conduct on-site client visits, demonstrations, and equipment trials, with regular travel across the UK and Ireland (including overnight stays).
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that open new routes to market and drive revenue growth.
5. Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, ensuring seamless customer relationship management.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or capital equipment sales, ideally within machinery or manufacturing industries.
2. A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders.
4. Resilience, problem-solving ability, and independence to excel in a target-driven environment.
5. A team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
