At Dale Farm, core to our success is our people, and have a great opportunity for a key role within our IT team, based at our Head Office site in Belfast.
About the Role
As an IT Systems Analyst, it will be your responsibility to maintain and improve central information systems, that facilitate and deliver timely data for decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
1. 1st line support for central systems inc. ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
2. Key project team member involved in Group ERP Upgrade project
3. Effectively implement and manage projects including: the development of appropriate specifications planning and scheduling of project team resources project reporting issue management change control
4. Conduct system testing as required in line with best practice
5. Analyze existing systems and business processes. Undertake gap analysis as required and investigate and propose new improved solutions
6. Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
7. Develop close working relationships with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
8. Collaborate with external and/or internal suppliers and customers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between various systems
9. Maintain up to date knowledge of technical and industry developments
10. Identify, develop and implement process improvements to meet business goals
11. Contribute to the rollout of the IT and Data strategy, to ensure operational usage of the systems, processes and procedures
About You
The Essential
12. The successful candidate should be passionate about process improvement and will have knowledge of core ERP system principals. The position requires strong business skills and the ability to translate internal and external requests into system solutions.
13. To success in this role, you should have a 3rd level qualification, or equivalent, in an IT-related field, along with a minimum 1 years’ experience in the field or a related area.
14. Demonstrable teamwork skills are key, and you will be able to showcase where you have had experience in End-to-End system implementation, along with working knowledge of SQL Server.
Desirable
15. Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central
16. Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including standard connectors with Power Apps and other associated products.
