Customer Service Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP25,000 DOE
Location: Outskirts of Tonbridge (own transport needed due to location)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, Fully Office Based
Exciting opportunity to join a family-run yet established company based on the outskirts of Tonbridge on a full-time basis, working within a friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as well as a variety of administrative duties.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Some duties include:
* Speaking to customers on the phone, face to face, and via email.
* Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers.
* Processing customer orders.
* Responding to sales enquiries and providing quotations.
* Checking invoices.
* Transport bookings.
* Updating the CRM system.
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Previous experience within an office-based customer service role.
* Previous experience of processing customer orders.
* Passionate about customer service.
* Good computer and Excel skills.
* Ability to multitask.
* A team player.
* A meticulous attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn.
