If so, Kingsley Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Deputy SENDCO to join our dedicated team
Key Responsibilities (in collaboration with the SENDCO):
* Support the SEND team in developing, implementing, and evaluating support plans for students with additional needs.
* Contribute to the writing, implementation, monitoring, and review of Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Explore opportunities to better meet the individual needs of children with SEND
* Help create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive SEND Department environment
We are looking for:
* Essential experience of working in a SEND department
* Proven track record of achieving excellent progress and outcomes for all children, regardless of their prior attainment, needs, or background
* QTS desirable
