Turn on PCs only rooms that will be used that day and reception and prescription printer. Check path links and assign to appropriate clinician- print any non-patients and put in non-patient folder for label to be requested. Download OOH Reports and NHS 111 Reports- Start attaching to patients records. Check practice email. Log onto phone 8am-onwards Pathlinks assign to requested GP and bowel assigned to Nurse. Answer calls from patients booking appointments and dealing with queries. Check practice email regularly. Deal with patients at front desk File sick notes, pathology forms any letters for patients in A-Z Box Accept samples from patients- ensure they have a form filled in and are logged on the samples list. Open internal and external post Scan documents onto records. Check document inbox. Tasks- In order of priority Bag samples ready for 11am collection Check Medsec Letters are on patients record from internal post.
