Hours are 09:00 - 17:30
Salary is between £35,000 - £45,000 per year
Your Time at Work
The role is office based with occasional site visits/surveys so that you can understand the clients needs, therefore you must have a driving license and be able to commute to Weston Super Mare.
Reporting into the Bid Manager you will be required to respond to tender requests directly from clients as directed or via portals.
You will be expected to put together informed and accurate quotes in order to remain competitive but at the same time cover all necessary cost requirements for the business.
Once we have won that tender you are responsible for putting together comprehensive job packs to provide that step by step guide and budget for project managers - you need to be client focused from concept through to practical completion and continue to build relationships delivering a high quality service.

What you need to have
- Either a minimum of 1 years experience in an estimator role within a similar industry or experience as an engineer/financial background
- Strong IT knowledge - particularly Microsoft packages
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to work with teams to understand design requirements
- Driving license is essential alongside the ability to commute to WSM
