Job Overview As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and care to individuals, particularly young people between ages of 16 to 18 years, ensuring their well-being and supporting their daily activities. Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support network. Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents that occur during care. Drive to various locations as required for outings or appointments. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes. Skills Experience in childcare or working with children is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children and their families. Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children as needed.
