You will manage a team responsible for the end-to-end implementation of marketing automation, promotional concepts, content ideation and planning, channel optimisation, communications testing, copywriting and campaign orchestration. Integrate product and brand-led initiatives into promotional plans and campaign schedules. Develop a content and promotional roadmap with your team, using relevant stats and insights to boost engagement. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. Content & Promotions Implementation Guide your team in creating innovative, business-aligned content and promotions. Maintain a library of tested promotions for quick adaptation to business and customer needs. Ensure all promotions and content meet brand, product, and compliance standards. Oversee accurate execution of promotions within budget, resolving any issues as needed. Marketing Execution & Communications Identify opportunities to test and optimise content and promotions for engagement and conversion. Use BI data models to determine the most effective content distribution channels. Develop and manage a test plan to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions. Monitor performance metrics to drive data-based optimisations. Plan and execute A/B tests to refine content and communication strategies. Ensure adherence to campaign approval processes. Customer-Centric Execution Maintain a consistent brand tone across all communications. Guide your team in personalising messaging and channels based on audience segments. Team Leadership Manage and develop a team of Marketing Executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth. What you will need: 3 years experience in Marketing or CRM related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in copywriting and creating engaging content. Knowledge of CRM channels and platforms. Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Strong organisational and project management skills.
