Home Instead are recruiting for Community Care Workers across Medway towns and surrounding areas to provide high-quality care at home services to the elderly & vulnerable within your community.
We are looking for individuals to join our care family that are dedicated to treating others how they wish to be treated, kind-hearted with a great big smile to brighten everyone's day.
Your role is to travel throughout the community, visiting the same clients on a weekly basis to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship. Build fantastic relationships with clients and families and watch them thrive independently within their own homes.
Everyone has to start somewhere so NO previous care experience is required, full training and ongoing support is provided to all staff members.
The Role:
1. Travel throughout the Medway, Shorne & Higham area delivering care at home services including personal care, domestic tasks and companionship
2. 1 hour or longer with every client, visit the same clients at the same times every week!
3. Pay rates of £12 - £13 per hour + mileage contribution
4. Progression opportunities into senior positions such as Senior Care Staff, Supervisor, Management & other business area's
5. Free NVQ Level 2, 3 & 4 Health & Social Care Qualification (within first 5 years)

Hours of Work:
Week 1- Monday full day, Tuesday morning, Saturday and Sunday full days.
Week 2- Tuesday evening, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday full days.
Hours of work:
Full Time (35 hours per week) - 07:30 to 14:30 then 16:30 until 22:00.
Part Time (20 hours per week) – Morning or evening times on days stated above.
16 and 30 hour guaranteed contracts available.
Our shift pattern guarantees two weekend's off a month.
