The Reporting Analyst is part of the Support function, working within our Customer Success Team.
* Report Creation and Design: Build and create a variety of reports in SSRS, tailored to customer specifications.
* Data Analysis and Querying: Execute SQL scripts for data analysis, leveraging SQL and SSRS to design and query customer-facing reports.
* Documentation and Process Improvement: Create comprehensive documentation and processes, capturing knowledge and lessons learned.
* Collaboration and Team Focus: Collaborate closely with the wider team to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and data.
* Problem Solving and Communication: Tackle data query challenges with tenacity and precision, while confidently communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Requirements:
