Property Litigation Solicitor - 3+ PQE - Bristol
We are working with this fantastic property litigation team who are looking to hire a property litigation solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. This property litigation team is based nationally, but you will be joining the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
This property litigation team is listed in the Legal 500, so you can expect a high quality of work. You will work on a busy property litigation caseload of commercial property disputes, including restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, rent and service charge disputes, insolvency, and easements. This team advises a wide range of clients, including central government, social housing, local authorities, secured lenders, NHS and healthcare bodies, education sector clients, and property developers.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in property litigation. If this is as part of a wider caseload, please apply. You will be keen to assist with business development, have good communication skills, and show a commercial mindset.
