The purpose of the role is to provide business and administrative support to the YJS Case Managers, Team Managers and Senior Managers within Youth Justice Services. This is an office based role which can involve seeing customers face to face. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with good IT, administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail who can remain calm under pressure and work in a sensitive and customer focused way.
Some evening working will be required and travel to venues within the borough will require you to use your own transport for which mileage will be paid. Business use insurance will be required.
This is a hybrid post, which means there will be a mixture of home working and office working, depending on the needs of the service. The principal office base will be Municipal Building, Widnes. Working hours are Monday - Thursday : - : and Friday : - :.
