Milton Keynes with hybrid working
OTE up to £50,000 per annum
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our highly successful internal sales team based in Milton Keynes.
This is a fast-paced and challenging role but extremely rewarding too as we offer an attractive benefits package including uncapped commission and extensive career opportunities within sales.
About The Role
This is more than just a sales role as you’ll form a partnership with our clients, providing a consultative service which supports the needs of their business. You'll support our existing client base, utilising your product knowledge and expertise to successfully close warm leads which support the growth of our training department.
You will be an exceptional communicator as you’ll spend most of your day talking to clients over the telephone and via email. You’ll build strong and credible relationships with clients, positioning the best BSI products and services based on your effective questioning techniques.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Liaising with a varied client base which can range from individual members of the public to representatives of large organisations.
* Continuously seeking opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services.
* Build and issue client quotations based on our product and service offering.
* Creating referral leads.
* Adhere to compliance, policy and procedures including impartiality checks.
* Manage and maintain your own individual pipeline and activities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Salesforce and internal systems.
* Utilise all available resources including the internet for research purposes.
* Working towards individual targets and KPIs.
* Collaborating with wider sales teams.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
* At least 3 years+ experience in B2B sales
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proven experience in working towards KPI’s and deadlines
* High energy and drive
* The ability to positively handle objections
* Experience in prospecting is desirable
