Job Advertisement: Temporary Administrative Support - LSC & Supply Chain Position Type : Temporary (12 months) Location : Leeds Working Hours : 35 hours per week About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our LSC (Logistics & Supply Chain) and Supply Chain operations through general administrative work. This temporary position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. General Admin Functions: Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases. Scan and file documents, ensuring proper organisation for auditing and traceability. Maintain accurate records to support operational and compliance needs. 2. Commercial/Procurement Functions: Send and receive Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to/from vendors. Raise Purchase Order Authorisation Requests. Resolve vendor queries and process invoices promptly. 3. SAP-Related Duties: Create Purchase Orders (POs). Generate Sales and Transfer Orders. Create Delivery Notes and perform MIGO transactions. Check stock availability and provide timely updates. 4. Other Duties: Maintain high standards of integrity and honesty. Manage time effectively and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy. Assist with inventory management and data entry. Person Specification: Education: Experience in Commercial/Procurement or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in SAP is essential. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with good organizational and time-management skills.
