Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Success & Sales Support: Support both UK and international sales teams, assisting with sales order processing, invoicing, and customer queries. You’ll play a central role in enhancing customer experience and supporting our French market expansion as a primary UK-based contact for the French sales team. 2. Database Management & Online Support: Oversee our online customer resource database, managing product specifications, images, and inventory, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accessible for customers. 3. Sales Analysis & Opportunity Development: Monitor customer sales, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll also conduct market research, prepare presentations, and develop tailored quotations to support sales efforts. 4. Trade Show Representation: Represent Panacea Products at both UK and international trade shows, actively engaging with potential clients and showcasing our product offerings. 5. Sales Team Support: Work collaboratively with the UK and French sales teams, assisting with strategy, coordination, and logistics to help drive results. Requirements: Fluent in French and English (essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail Full UK driving license Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally This role is based in our Swindon office, with occasional UK and overseas travel.
