About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to optimise inventory and ensure seamless product availability in our homecare operations. You’ll manage key medical suppliers, improve inventory turnover, and support excellent customer order fulfillment to deliver outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure customer order fulfillment and high product availability for homecare operations.
2. Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for assigned suppliers (stock replenishment, purchase ordering, inbound deliveries, forecasting, and troubleshooting).
3. Reduce inventory working capital and improve stock turn.
4. Monitor supplier performance (OTIF) and maintain strong supplier relationships.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Warehouse) to improve operational efficiency.
6. Handle inventory queries, manage safety recalls, and adhere to GDP compliance.
About You
Essential:

4. Numeracy and commercial awareness.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Able to work independently in a highly cross-functional environment.
7. Ability to report and present accurate information.
8. Computer literate e.g. MS Office applications (particularly Excel), ERP systems.
9. Great relationship building skills, delivering results with stakeholders.
10. Able to identify and execute process improvements.
Desirable:
1. Minimum of two years working within a supply chain planning environment.
2. Working within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
3. Business related honours degree or supply chain qualification e.g. CIPS Diploma (or working towards).
