Seeking a Senior Administrator to perform general administration duties, including cost capture spreadsheets, HR paperwork, and procurement tasks, for a leading beauty brand.

As a Senior Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
* Health, Safety and Compliance:
o Comply with H&S audit requirements
o Actively engage workforce in Safety Culture
o Maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability
* Finance:
o Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries
o Provide accurate reports on spend monthly
o Work alongside company accountants
* HR:
o Record site banked hours and administer overtime
o Manage and update Site HR programme
o Keep accurate records of site employees and ensure all files are up to date
o Assist the Logistic manager in daily activities
o Produce payroll reports monthly
* General Duties:
o Answer phones and take messages
o Provide site inductions for new employees
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3 years experience in administration, preferably finance
* Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly
* High standards in the working environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritise business requirements
