Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors, and Consultants – Kent

Key Responsibilities
As part of our Technical Team, you will:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG:264 for various clients across a range of building types.
* Perform air monitoring and inspections associated with asbestos removal projects.
* Carry out reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys.
* Supervise asbestos removal projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Represent the company professionally to clients, providing expert advice and consultancy services.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
* Preferably two years of relevant industry experience.
* Strong working knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264.
* Exceptional communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements in asbestos-related work.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
* A full UK driving licence.
* IT proficiency (experience with TEAMs is an advantage, though full training will be provided).
