Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Bolton.
Salary: Competitive with experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers in delivering high-quality education, working with small groups and individual students to meet their unique learning needs.
* Assist in planning and implementing learning activities, helping to create an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Provide additional support for students with special educational needs or learning challenges, adapting activities as needed.
* Lead small group sessions and interventions to boost student progress and confidence.
* Liaise with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure students’ holistic development.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a TA role, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* A proactive, supportive approach, fostering a safe and encouraging learning space.
* Familiarity with strategies for supporting SEND students is an advantage.
