About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Quality Support Specialist to join our team at RECRUITMENTREVOLUTION. As a Logistics and Quality Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection and dispatch of roasters to and from customers, ensuring that parts are inspected according to inspection plans and technical drawings, and reporting inspection results to the quality technician.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate collection and dispatch of roasters to and from customers.
* Receive and log parts using Cin7 Core inventory software.
* Inspect received parts with the quality technician, following inspection plans and drawings.
* Report inspection results to the quality technician promptly.
* Complete non-conformance reports for parts that don't meet specifications.
* Keep organised records of parts received, inspected, and dispatched.
* Assist logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and high standards.
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills for managing logistics and quality tasks.
* Experience with inventory management software (Cin7 Core preferred).
* Ability to read technical drawings and inspection plans (training available).
* Detail-oriented, with accuracy in reporting and data logging.
* Strong communication skills for issue reporting and team coordination.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
