Resolution Champion - Lateral Move Permanent Grade 3 - £26,409 - £32,654 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week This is an opportunity to join the Resolution Service within the Housing Solutions & Support Service as a GR3 Resolution Champion, providing expert advice, resolving enquires and investigating matters to a resolution. The Resolution Service Team responds to enquires to the Housing Solutions & Support Service and provides support with service delivery, complaints, LGSCO, legal matters and responds to subject access requests and FOI’s. You will be holding a caseload of your own and delivering responses that provide solution or prevent risk of escalation. To be successful in this role you will need to be is a customer focused, a problem solver and ideally familiar with systems, processes, policies and procedures used by the Housing Solutions & Support Service with knowledge and experience of homelessness, temporary accommodation, housing allocations, all under the relevant legislation and guidance. This is a fast-paced environment; you’ll need to be able to work under pressure, and work to strict deadlines. You will be highly motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload often with conflicting priorities.
