Location: Bexhill Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour Contract Duration: 3 months We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our marketing team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Day-to-day of the role: Process invoices and raise purchase orders. Order and arrange the delivery of point-of-sale materials. Support with SMS communications and handle general queries. Manage central SMS operations, including sends, replies, credit top-ups, and ensuring compliance. Oversee multiple inboxes, ensuring queries from, owners, and new business customers are addressed or directed appropriately. Provide administrative support to the marketing team and other departments as required. Answer office phone calls and assist with general office duties. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong self-motivation and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
