An award-winning and highly reputable SEN School Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to join the permanent team at their Norwich site. The Role:
* Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and complex needs.
* Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials.
* Encouraging students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
* A compassionate and patient approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A willingness to undertake training and professional development.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant certification) are desirable.
