This role will initially be based on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave and can be based in Ayr, or remote in the UK or Ireland. We seek a dynamic and experienced Distributor Channel Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities with a focus on distributors across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support our distribution partners, drive growth, and achieve sales targets through our channels. Collaboration with sales teams, channel partners, and stakeholders is essential. What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and execute a regional distributor channel strategy to increase market penetration, reach new markets and segments, and gain market share.
* Create quarterly marketing plans with clear direction and expectations for channel partners, including promotional activities, product launches, and incentives to drive growth. Ensure alignment with regional strategy in collaboration with the Channel Manager and key stakeholders.
* Coordinate with internal teams—product marketing, customer marketing, sales, and customer service—for effective execution of marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
* Organize regular meetings and check-ins with key distributors, collaborating with internal stakeholders to discuss performance and resolve issues.
* Host channel partner meetings to strengthen relationships and share product updates.
