Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's objectives, focusing on nurturing and expanding the customer base.
* Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of three estimators and a sales coordinator, setting performance goals and evaluating their achievement.
* Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their removal needs, providing bespoke solutions.
* Supervise the generation of accurate and competitive quotes for removal services, ensuring they align with profitability and company standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous communication and exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction.
