Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently supporting our Bearsted based client who is looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment lasting up to 3 months.
The ideal Accounts Receivable Assistant should have relevant experience with the following duties:
Accounts Receivable Assistant Duties:
* Produce sales invoices from customer orders
* Check invoices for accuracy
* Verify invoices against despatch notes to ensure goods have been sent
* Post payments to the ledger
* Match remittance advices to cheques and payments received
* Reconcile customer accounts
* Chase outstanding debt as required
* Assist with the purchase ledger
* Raise credit notes when necessary
