Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring internal quality audits consistently exceed 96%. Team Leadership: Recruit, retain, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Client Satisfaction: Prioritise client satisfaction by achieving a 95% or higher rating through regular feedback and service reviews.
