This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly established onsite design team for an Ads Marketing Team with this global leader in the Tech industry. In this role you will spend some time on site at the client office, and be supported by an appointed Design Lead.
You will have a broad range of design skills, and strong digital design skills would be beneficial.
Initially you will work closely with the client to fully understand and adopt the brand, design guidelines and processes. You will then execute Motion Design output for multiple campaigns, across various platforms including Social Ads, Video Content (including editing work where needed), Animated UI Elements etc with After Effects and Premiere Pro. You will ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and respond promptly to client feedback and amends. Where needed, you may be required to provide additional support on more traditional design outputs, primarily using Figma, Photoshop and other similar design tools. Building strong client
relationships is a vital aspect of this role so you should have confidence in your design skills, in working directly with the client, and be able to present your work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow traffic management process to ensure best in class results are achieved.
* Responsible for the design and development of specific projects, from design to output of media-ready artwork mainly across digital platforms.
* Collaborate with the client and colleagues to develop creative solutions to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy.
* Present your work to the client, and respond to feedback appropriately.
* Be aware of on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring client’s creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.
* Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practice experience with the wider design team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Excellent working knowledge of Video Production and Motion Design software; After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder & wider Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition preferable)
* Strong foundational design knowledge, specifically in Figma
* Detail orientated and able to conduct thorough QA/QC on work
* Working knowledge of Google Workspace app alongside platform specific best practise
* Skilled with concepting, typography, composition including wire-framing and storytelling
* Proven track record of creative design
* Excellent creative and technical skills in Motion Design and strong attention to detail essential.
* Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check
* Interested in AI and how this can benefit the creative process
* Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things and starting over.
* Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks
* Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure
* Able to quickly pick-up a client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating
* innovative and strategic designs
* Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills
