You will have a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems.
* Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably within healthcare or another regulated/mission-critical environment.
* Resolving incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely manner, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues promptly to minimize disruption to critical services.
* Proactively monitoring alerts, system performance, capacity, and security.
* Documenting technical solutions and knowledge sharing across the team.
Technical Environment:
You'll work with a diverse and evolving technology stack that includes:
* On-Premise, Public and Private Cloud server hosting environments including Virtualization and Storage.
* Networking (Including Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, VLANs, VPNs), Windows and Linux Servers, Microsoft 365/Teams, Telephony, End Point Management, DNS, Active Directory, Data backup and recovery.
