The Role:
As a Tutor, you'll work closely with small groups of students and individuals to raise attainment in core subjects: English, Maths, and Science. You'll support students who may need extra help catching up or building confidence in their learning - making a real difference in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted intervention sessions in English, Maths, and Science to KS3 and KS4 students.

Adapt resources and teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to identify students requiring support.

What We're Looking For:

Degree-level qualification or higher is desirable (subject specialisms in English, Maths, or Science).

Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (tutoring, teaching assistant, mentoring).
