This is a great opportunity for a passionate customer services person to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford.
Role Description
1. Receive and process client orders.
2. File applications for the selection of goods in the warehouse.
3. Process customer documentation, ensuring orders are fulfilled and the customer database is kept up to date.
4. Send information letters to the clients.
5. Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents in a timely and proper manner; amend the documents for shipment in due time (in cases of return, defective goods, re-sorting, incorrect prices).
6. Issue invoices for payment.
7. Produce reports as defined and required.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Competent user of Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to interface effectively with internally and externally customers.
5. Commitment to working as part of a team.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
7. Previous administrative experience within a Customer Services Department (desirable).
