Crowdfunder is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to help our Campaigns and Partner Marketing team to take things to the next level. About The Role Reporting to our Head of Campaigns and Partner Marketing, you’ll be responsible for implementing marketing and communications rollout plans to support the promotion of Extra funding campaigns, podcasts, and our webinars. You’ll monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. You’ll support the creation of regular email communications and email automations. Looking after our website, you’ll carry out regular website audits, update content pages to improve SEO, and using the website content management system to maintain and create website content, working alongside our content marketing team to support SEO optimisation. You’ll also conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing strategies, identify trends and understand customer preferences. About You You have around 2-3 years’ experience in marketing. You either have a related degree or you’ve attained a similar level of practical knowledge by learning on the job. This role is the perfect step up from a Marketing Assistant level role. In terms of specific experience and skills, we’re looking for: Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills Diligence and attention to detail Ability to take initiative and ownership Experience managing website content/CMS and digital communication channels Experience of managing email packages Experience of briefing external agencies Competent in using design and production tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) An entrepreneurial, can do attitude In return Salary : The actual salary we’re offering for this role is £24,000 (30-hour contract). Hours : 30 hours per week over four days (Monday to Thursday) Location : Most of the team work in a hybrid way, with some time in one of our two workspaces in Newquay, Cornwall or Bridport, Dorset. For this role, you’ll join the team in the Bridport office a couple of days a week. Screening call This will be a 20-30 minute video call with Maria (People & Places Manager) to get to know you and what you’re looking for in your next role, to answer any questions you might have, and to make sure we align on all the basics. Technical interview This will be a 1 hour interview with Scott (Head of Campaigns and Partner Marketing) and another member of the team. We will ask you to prepare some kind of practical task in advance, which you’ll present and discuss. This might be a short presentation where you explain your approach to a specific scenario, or a list of questions to think about it advance.
